A film made to explain sickle cell anaemia suitable for healthcare audiences. Sickle cell is explained via animation showing sickle cells in the bloodstream. How the disease presents in children is outlined and then many of the conditions which people with sickle cell face are detailed. How sickle cell is inherited is illustrated extensively with animation.
