Notes

Nicholas Barlow lives in Colchester, Essex but originally from Redditch near Birmingham. He is the local councillor for the Liberal Democrats in Colchester. On the plinth he will be sitting down and throwing paper aeroplanes with quotes on them e.g. a quote from Martin Luther King, He also has some bags of jelly babies to throw out to the crowd.
