Photocopy. This is based on discussions from the Proceedings of the Scientific Meeting titled 'Perspectives for Agriculture and Society in the Third Millenium' to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Pisa.
Pontecorvo was a graduate of the University of Pisa. He received his Doctor in Agricultural Science degree in 1928.
