A representation made by a committee of seventeen persons, as well directors as others, to the Governour and Company of the Mine-Adventurers of England; containing a vindication of Sir Humphrey Mackworth, from the Many False and Scandalous Reflections cast on him before a Committee of the Honourable House of Commons, in the Year 1709, by William Waller, late Steward of the said Companies Mines. Read, Approved, and Confirmed by the said Governour and Company, at a General Court held at Stationers-Hall on Saturday the 26th Day of November 1720, Neminè Contradicente. Publish'd by order of the said General Court.
