Notes
Lucy Anderson comes from Essex. She is an art teacher. Studied art and worked in a gallery for a while but thought the atmosphere was too quiet. Decided to study a PGCE to have the option to teach and intended to work in art education. Ended up doing work experience in a school and loved it and so became an art teacher. She has done projects around the fourth plinth before with her GCSE pupils and so is excited about being able to get the pupils more interested in art through her being on the plinth. On the plinth she has created a couple of wooden Trafalgar Square lions and she has some wooden figures that she will draw on to make them look people she sees in the square.
