Description

1969: Cuttings from Nigerian press re launch of Septrin in Nigeria in November 1969 by Drs. Hughes and Salter ("Wonder drug now in Nigeria"; "Drug to cure all tropical diseases").

Also, cuttings regarding visit by Dr. Fred Wrigley (Deputy Chairman of Wellcome Foundation) to address the Nigerian Pharmaceutical Association and his presentation of one million tablets of Daraprim (anti-malaria tablets) to the National Rehabilitation Commission in November 1969.

1982: Cutting taken from 'Pharmanews', June 1982 regarding the history of Wellcome Nigeria and its parent company, the Wellcome Foundation Limited ("Wellcome Nigeria Limited - A unique company"). Cutting lists products manufactured at Ikeja factory.
