Notes

Wendy Weatherby comes from Edinburgh. She sings and plays the cello. Talks about Edinburgh and Glasgow and why she plays the cello instead of another instrument. In Edinburgh the instrument you play depends on the school you go to. On the plinth she will be singing ancient ballards. She is very interested in the stories that these ballads convey. Will also be reading some poetry. She teaches traditional music.
