Notes

Ian Philips lives in Bristol but originally from Spalding. He is currently living with his parents again due to having recently lost his job. He used to be a journalist. He wants to turn Trafalgar Square into a playground and in doing so will throw 1000 bouncy balls off the plinth. He is a huge Dr Who fan.
