Description
This hand-painted calendar was a promotional gift produced by the company, entitled 'List of Pharmaceutical Preparations'. It was printed on one of Burroughs Wellcome & Co's own products, paper-fibre lint.
The oriental-style illustrations on the calendar indicate both a popular style of the period but also Burroughs Wellcome's eagerness to open up markets across the world.
