Papers relating to Rosen's suggestions for possible redevelopment schemes of St Mary's Hospital, on the Praed Street site, including manuscript proposal notes and draft letter to Gerald Ronson, final version letter to Ronson with his response, copies of letters from the District Administrator to Ronson with redevelopment proposals, 1983; colour photographs of the proposed site(?); article 'St Marys redevelopment: three years later...' in the British Medical Journal, 30 May 1981. (One of the redevelopment schemes had a commercial aspect and was to involve the Heron International Corporation owned by Ronson).
