Neurologic action of phenothiazine compounds.

The superiority of tranquilizers over barbiturates in the treatment of many kinds of mental disturbances is asserted. The sites of action of these drugs are hypothesized and techniques used in, and results obtained from, animal experimentation are briefly illustrated to support these propositions.
