29 September, 1917. James Stuart Lang appointed Manager of Canadian business, authority in Dominion of Canada. Signed and sealed by George Pearson on behalf of Henry Wellcome.

2 October, 1917. Thomas Nevin, authority in America. Copy document without signatures.

4 December, 1917. Frank Neville Baumann. Copy Power of Attorney confirming that Power of 1905 referring to Italy (copy attached) is still in force.

4 December, 1917. Reginald George Henry Cole, Manager of Chinese business with authority in Chinese Empire. Signed and sealed by George Pearson on behalf of Henry Wellcome.
