Description
Once happy with a design, David Beales would create a clean line drawing which he would then scan and colour on his computer using Photoshop. This series comprises the preparatory line drawings for several of Beales' digital pictures. The digital pictures and some of the scanned line drawings are in PP/DBL/A/1. Early sketches and design ideas are in PP/DBL/A/4 and PP/DBL/A/5.
