    * I he Forty-First Annual Report. 31st December, 1928. HE Committee of Management present their 41st Annual Report and Statement of Accounts and take this opportunity to thank most gratefully and sincerely all those Subscribers and donors who have given so kindly and generously in support of the Hospital. The total number of patients treated at the Hospital during the year was 454, of whom 189 occupied beds, and 265 were out-patients. In 1927 there were 466, of whom 186 occupied beds and 280 were out-patients. The aggregate number of attendances on the 265 out-patients was 1,881. 9,646 patients have been treated at the Hospital since its opening in 1888. The Hospital can accommodate 16 patients. Patients are admitted by “ Letter of Recommendation,” which can be obtained from subscribers, who are entitled to recommend one in-patient for each guinea subscribed. These “ Letters ” are only available for one year from the date of issue, and entitle patients to treatment for a period not exceeding one month. Accounts for 1928. The total ordinary receipts for the year amount to £2,450 6s. 3d., and the expenditure £1,992 10s. Od.
