Description
Subcommittees of MRC advisory boards undertook regular visits of the Council's establishments to assess progress and provide recommendations. As well as visiting the unit, the subcommittee assessed the unit's work on the basis of a progress report and a list of publications covering the preceding four years.
Also includes correspondence between Tyrrell and other scientists arranging visits to see the facilities and laboratory at the CCU.
