A laboratory notebook from Dunham's time at the Division of Medical and Molecular Genetics at Guy's Hospital containing notes and results from experiments on various topics including a hybridisation strategy for YAC (Yeast Artificial Chromosome) screening, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) experiments, preparation of competent cells, Wegroth DNA and placental DNA, preparation of vectors and pooled DNA and Chromosome 22 cell line digests. The book contains autoradiographs and papers that have been stuck in and has loose boards.
