Medical common-place book, with notes and extracts in English on inoculation, smallpox, gout, rheumatism, etc.: with a few medical receipts used by the Compiler. Entries on pp. 148, 194, 196, bear the initials D.S. apparently those of the compiler: the date 1776 occurs on pp. 130, 148, 196.
