Letter from the War Office to J B S Haldane

Letter from Major-General Hugh Massy, Deputy Chief of the Imperial General Staff, War Office, to J B S Haldane responding to a letter from Haldane enclosing A V Hill's letter of 14 Dec 1939 [See HALDANE/3/3/4/170]. He advises that the matters referred to by Hill are the concern of the Ministry of Supply, and that Hill's letter has been sent to that department.
