Notes

Kim Claus Franklin lives in Wormley near Godalming in Surrey. She is an artist so the project appealled to her, she paints contemporary works featuring fruit - she was inspired by old paintings of fruit and wanted to elevate the fruit that had fallen out of the bowl into the corner. Both of her parents were artists. She is originally from Los Angeles but has lived in England for seventeen years. She has been divorced for five years, she came to England following the death of her son. She is now remarried with a child. She has a bubble machine and is wearing a sparkly tunic. She will be releasing lit up red balloons with messages attached that reflect things she has learned in life and her experience as a bereavment councillor. She wants to encourage people to be optimistic and not to lose hope. She finds the project fantastic, like living art. Her family and fulfilling her ambitions are important to her.
