Tamsin Spargo is an arts student originally from Devon, who now studies in London, she is taking a Fine Arts and Philosophy Degree. On the plinth she will be sketching and taking photographs from the plinth. Usually into portrait work but is happy to do landscape for the hour. Talks about her tattoo collection, inspiration and why she did it which is quite interesting.
