Notes

Rachel Davies comes from Sheffield but now lives in Tonbridge. She has worked as a psychiatric nurse for years and spoke about her working class background. She is interested in how people in England seem quite stiff. On the plinth she will be cutting up a net curtain (the symbol of suburbia) into square pieces to represent the patterns and habits of life and the gaps-in-between.
