Description

An early draft (holograph) of Crick and Magdoff, "The theory of the method of isomorphous replacement for protein crystals."

The file includes a letter ("Feb 15") from Magdoff to Crick, enclosing comments on the manuscript (their referencing does not seem to apply to the holograph draft), and notes (holograph) made by Crick on "rotation of axes".
