Biographical note

The draft of the report by W. J. Schull and George Fraser proved somewhat controversial. Reference is made to this meeting in the account by Schull in the Festschrift to Fraser, pp. 61-62, 'George R. Fraser: scholar'.

The Task Group comprised Fraser, Arno Motulsky, James V. Neel, Anver Kuliev, Rubén Lisker, Antonio Velázquez, J. M. Cantú, Irving Gottesman and W. J Schull.
