Description
30 March, 1911. A Licence (London County Council, The London Building Act, 1894) to erect a "wood and iron building of a temporary character" at Brockwell Hall. Plan to scale attached. The License was extended for a period of five years from 20 March, 1914. The Licence was further extened until 29 September, 1922, or until the termination of the tenancy, "whichever be the earlier."
