Description

A collection of miscellaneous letters and papers relating to hospitals and local government in Riom. The bulk of the documents appear to be strays from the municipal records of Riom. They relate to the Hôtel-Dieu, Hôpital des Incurables (or de St Jean des Abandonnés), Hôpital Général de Charité, Maison de la Visitation, and other local medical and poor relief institutions, as well as municipal prisons and the Société d'Agriculture.
