General Correspondence

File consists of papers and general correspondence related to the seminar on, "The Resurgence of Breastfeeding, 1975-2000", which was held at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, on 24 April 2007. The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 35 of the Witness Seminar series, S.M. Crowther, L.A. Reynolds and E.M. Tansey (editors), The Resurgence of Breastfeeding, 1975-2000, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2009).

E-mail from Maureen Minchin to Carole Reeves, dated September 2010, regarding the book Breastfeeding Matters, its importance, and the fact that the first edition was available in late 1984, even though dated 1985.
