Description
Established in Jan 1966 to boost the capital resources of the Society. Following consultation with Groups and Branches a Development Fund was established to 'improve the standing and financial stability of the Society and to enable it eventually to acquire its own premises'. The
Sub-Committee was dissolved in Nov 1968.
Papers including signed minutes of 3 meetings, Jan 1966-Mar 1967, correspondence with Groups and Branches concerning donations and money-raising and establishment of a Development Fund, and some papers relating to previous fund-raising initiatives.
