Particulars, and conditions of sale, of a valuable freehold estate, situate in the parish of Tottenham, in the County of Middlesex, five Miles from London; consisting of a spacious and capital mansion, called Bruce Castle, With suitable offices, gardens, plantations, and pleasure-grounds, And about sixty acres of rich land adjoining; also, An Elegant Mansion, called Mount Pleasant, With offices, pleasure-grounds, And a compact farm of Two Hundred and Ninety Acres of fine land contiguous; together with several other most desirable freehold farms, woodlands, mills, houses, & other estates; the annual value of the whole being about three thousand pounds: Which will be sold by auction, By Mr. Young, On Thursday the 24th, and Friday the 25th Days of September, 1789, at Twelve O'Clock, At Garraway's Coffee-House, Exchange-Alley, London, in forty lots.
