Booklet promoting physical fitness. It contains a series of exercises to be performed to music, simulating swimming, thus enabling people to swim should they fall into water. It also promoted Horlick's malted milk drink and Horlick's malted milk lunch tablets as being fortifying, aiding athletes and rebuilding the strength of invalids. The testimonies of numerous athletes of the time (with photographs) are included at the back.
