Letter from Mr Davidson, UCL Assistant Accountant, to J B S Haldane dated 5 Mar 1947 eferring to the budget statement sent on 25 Feb 1947 and the overspend detailed within, and how expenses from the new invoices received from the Department of Biometry are to be met.


Letter from Haldane to Davidson dated 6 Mar 1947 enclosing a letter to E L Tanner, UCL Secretary, stating that he wished money to be taken from his salary to cover departmental expenditure.


Letter from Tanner to Haldane dated 10 Mar 1947 attempting to clarify the position regarding superannuation in respect of Haldane's proposal to transfer money from his salary to cover the department's expenditure.


Includes handwritten drafts of the letters from Haldane to Davidson and Tanner dated 6 Mar 1947.
