The second in an eight-part series in which a pioneering team attempt to counter certain medical conditions by using food as medicine. The team include dietitian Lucy Jones, GP Gio Miletto and consultant surgeon Shaw Somers. Over three months they will attempt to treat a number of condtions without prescribing a single drug. This week we meet Karen and her six-year-old son Callum who both suffer from debilitating psoriasis which has proved resistant to all the treatments they have tried so far.
