Notes

Andrew Varley comes from a small village in the Peak District but originally from Woodgreen in London. He had an accident a few years ago on a motorbike when his femur went through his hip and he had to have several operations to have petal pins in his legs. He had been a scout as a young boy (his father and grandfather were scouts also) and a friend suggested he come along and help out with a local scout group and he is now very involved with the group, On the plinth he is going to have a big scout sing-a-long around a (paper) campfire. Has brought friends and supporters along with him.
