About this work

Description

Robert Hinde, from the Department of Zoology, University of Cambridge, began to attend seminars at the Tavistock Institute in 1954 and influenced Bowlby's thought on ethology from the perspective of current research in animal behaviour. Contact with Bowlby was also instrumental in Hinde's decision to study mother-infant interaction and separation in rhesus monkeys. These files contain mainly reprints.
