About this work
This black and white, silent film shows the anatomy of muscles. We see dissected muscles and their microscopic structure; fibre and fibril. Involuntary and voluntary muscular actions are shown as are muscle-nerve preparations. Fatigue, antagonism and exercise are demonstrated as effects on the muscles.
