Notes

Alexander Siddall comes from Reading. He is a gardener who has been a member of amnesty and will be going on the plinth to remember Anna Politkovskaya, who he had met and chaired seminars with. Continues to work for amnesty to fight for universal human rights around the globe. On the plinth he will also be reading the international declaration of human rights and the 200 names of the current Guantanamo Bay detainees
