Stuart Hubbard comes from Shetland but is originally from Birmingham. He has lived in Shetland since 1990. He works in the National Health Service in the Information Department collating statistics on what the hospital is doing. On the plinth he has brought a 28 metre long scarf that various members of his community have contributed to and he will add a few lines of stiches to.
