Notes

Neil Scott comes from Perthshire in Scotland. He teaches art. He is interested in the plinth as a public art work and in collaborative projects with people who do not normally engage in art. He is an artist and will be drawing what he sees from the plinth and observe people around him. It will be a good time of day when the sun is rising and commuters going to work. Will let the people take his sketches away if they wish.
