Description

Leaflet advising good ventilation and regular cleaning of the house as well as thorough personal hygiene. 'Strolling beggars' should not be allowed in as they "often carry contagion". Straw beds should be burned and clothes washed with soap and potash. Lime should be put under the patient's bed. Possibly very early 1800s.
