Alumno S[eño]r Jairo R. Dyer. Curso de 1891, 2o año. Mexico. Signed and dated 7 March 1892. Detailed holograph case report on a male patient aged 22 admitted to the Hospital Juárez on 21 June 1891 with a stab wound involving the pericardium and pleural cavity. He was discharged cured on 15 February 1892.
