About this work

Description

Watercolour drawing of a penis and scrotum and the surrounding skin. At the lower part of the right side of the scrotum is a large ragged ulcer with raised and pigmented edges, which proved to be an epithelioma. The skin of the scrotum, penis and of the upper part of both thighs is discoloured by a deep brown molting, due to deposits of pigment in the true skin. From a man aged 78 who was a chimney sweep.
