Face and neck of a girl with cutaneous horn

Black and white photograph of the face and neck of a girl aged 11, showing a small cutaneous horn growing from about the middle of the right sterno-mastoid muscle. It attained its size in seven weeks. A small pimple was noticed before the horn began to grow.
