Notes

Martha Ellen Crockett was born in Norwich but now lives in Cardiff. She is quite exhibitionistic and thought the project looks fun. She will be dressed as a mushroom and telling people about the positive things that fungi bring to daily life. She has just finished her Phd on fungi and is now a research associate at Cardiff University. She has a megaphone and coconut mushrooms to give out, her friends have stickers to give out. She is going to read some haikus about fungi. Friends and family are most important to her; she also likes to have a job or project to keep her mind busy. She has fungi related banners. She hopes to make people think about mushrooms and fungi. She went on This Morning television in her mushroom outfit.
