Biographical note
These documents are part of a large number loaned to Mr Peel from 1961-1971 on the understanding that he would write a history of the Family Planning Association. The project was not completed and in 1968 the National Executive Committee of the Association wrote to Dr Peel ending the agreement to regard him as the official historian of the FPA. The documents were returned in November 1971.
