This work is untitled: the title has been supplied by the cataloguer.
The following description was provided by James Gardiner: "The original use of the word 'queer' meaning odd or strange was later superseded by its use as meaning non-heterosexual. Its pejorative use as meaning homosexual dates from the late nineteenth century, and was widespread by the 1930s. The word was to some extent 'reclaimed' by the international LGBT movement after the 1980s. The catalogued item, produced in the 1950s, shows a popular quote from the Welsh writer Robert Owen (1770-1858), and is quite possibly intended to be ambiguous".
