Notes

Miles Franklin comes from Swindon. Works in IT as a Project Manager. He has a keen interest in the arts and has been following the Fourth Plinth for about 10 years and feels this is an opportunity to create his own little legacy around it and be a part of it. On the plinth he will be just standing and not doing anything.
