Papers on Kitchen Equipment

There is some overlap in the content of these Kitchen Files with the Housekeeping Files, RET 4/3/1 and the Food Files, RET 4/3/4. The Housekeeping Files have correspondence on kitchen equipment of all types; there are a few additional papers on equipment in the Food Files. These separate Kitchen Files seem to have been generated when there were major overhauls of the kitchen facilities
