Description

1. New York Stock Exchange. Bronze replica statue of the "Bull and Bear" (by Isidore Bonheur, 1900). With inscription on base: "Wellcome plc / WEL / Original Listing / July 27, 1992". Length: 195mm. Height: 160mm.

2. Medallion in blue presentation case. Obverse: "Wellcome plc / WEL / Original Listing / July 27, 1992". Reverse: "The New York Stock Exchange 1792". Diameter: 76mm.

3. Acrylic plaque in the form of an open book, with encased text referring to: "Sale by The Wellcome Trust Limited of 288,000,000 Ordinary Shares. Global Co-ordinator: Robert Fleming & Co Limited...." Dimensions: 150 x 200mm.

4. Printed statement of thanks for display: "The Wellcome Trust and Robert Flemming & Co Limited would like to thank all the management and staff of Wellcome plc and over 1,000 institutional investors in 24 countries worldwide for their participation in the Sale by the Trust of 270,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Wellcome plc."
