Notes

As a Trustee of the Connection at St Martins, Jeff Claxton wants to bring the some of the life of St Martins to the plinth. Using the old Camelot Lottery slogan of 'It could be you', to highlight the probability of homelessness in London, he will build a cardboard shelter on the plinth. Originally from Enfield, Jeff talks of how he changed his approach to homeless people when he moved to central London. Transitioning from giving money directly to every homeless person he met, to giving money to homelessness charities. He also talks of the contrast between the solidity of the plinth with the fragility of the cardboard boxes.
