Pleiestiftelsen no. 1 : 1857-2007 / Christopher John Harris... [and others].

This book was published in June 2007 to mark the 150 year celebrations of the opening of Norway's largest home for leprosy patients - "Pleiestiftelsen nr. 1" in June 1857. The home or 'foundation' (stiftelsen) was built in Bergen on the neighbouring site to the Leprosy Hospital which was built 1845-1849. Whereas the Leprosy Hospital has been demolished, the Pleiestiftelsen still exists but now houses various medical departments and institutions.
