A word to the freeholders and burgesses of Great Britain. Being seasonable and serious remarks upon the inconsistent conduct of certain boroughs, in sending instructions to their representatives to oppose the Excise Bill, and yet re-electing them after their being rewarded with Places for voting for the same. A Pamphlet highly necessary to be read by every Freeholder, Citizen, and Burgess in these Kingdoms, who has the least Value for Liberty, and the Interest of his Country at Heart.
